39-year-old Roger Lee Keller of Hickory was arrested Tuesday by authorities in Virginia on charges filed in Caldwell County. Keller is charged with three counts of felony failure to appear on charges including two counts of statutory rape of a child 15-years-old or younger. Keller was brought to the Caldwell County Detention Center where he was confined under $500,000 secured bond. Superior Court appearances are scheduled for January 10 and January 31 in Lenoir.
