40-year-old Charles Sonny Hill of Hickory was arrested Friday, August 5th by Hickory Police Officers. He’s charged with indecent liberties with a child and breaking or entering. Hill was confined in the Catawba County Detention Facility under $15,800 bond. A District Court appearance was scheduled for Tuesday.
