Alexander County Sheriff’s Deputies served Gaston County arrest warrants to 49-year old Selena Brown Barnes of Taylorsville on Friday, June 23rd. The warrants were for two counts of felony conspire to sell and deliver a schedule II control substance. She was placed in the Alexander County Detention Center under a secured bond of $6,500. Barnes was scheduled to appear on the charges on Monday in Gastonia.
