Couple Charged By Alexander County Sheriff’s Office

39-year old Tyler Odell Starnes and 36-year old Stacy Lee Jolly were both arrested Monday by the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office. They each face a charge of simple assault and a count of child abuse. No other details of the incident have been released. Both Starnes and Jolly were placed in the Alexander County Detention Center with bonds of $1,500. As of this afternoon, they remain in custody.
