Newton Police arrested a man this morning on several charges. 62 year old Kenneth Wayne Brown of Conover was taken into custody and charged with breaking and entering, and terrorize to injure. He is being held in the Catawba County Detention Center under a secured bond of $30,000. He is scheduled to make a Monday court appearance.
