68-year-old Ronnie Dean Eddins of Caldwell Street in Rhodhiss was arrested Monday, July 31st by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Deputies. He was charged with one felony count of discharging a firearm into an occupied property and jailed under $25,000 secured bond. No additional information has been released.
