Justin Lee Pope, age 23, of Taylorsville, was detained on November 13th for felony probation violation. He is being held in the Alexander County Detention Center without bond. Pope has previous charges pending from September when he was arrested for felony assault with a deadly weapon with intent to inflict serous injury and possession of a firearm by a felon.
