Asheville: Alexander Central’s Junior Varsity Football team won their second straight game defeating AC Reynolds 22-7 Thursday night in Asheville.
The Baby Cougars held the Rockets to only 85 yards of offense while gaining 219 of their own.
Jamison Rowe caught a pair of touchdown passes from Wade Queen. The duo hooked up from 29 yards in the opening quarter and 20 yds with 2 seconds left in the first half. Queen also threw a 10 yard scoring strike to Caden Anderson.
Sawyer Chapman-Mays led the AC defense with 6 tackles and Kaleb Genwright added 5.
