Gilbert Tabitha Ann Byrd30-year old Tabitha Ann Byrd was arrested Sunday by Taylorsville Police and charged with misdemeanor larceny and possession of schedule II controlled substance. Byrd was placed in the Alexander County Detention Center with a secured bond of $5,000.
