Hickory Police are investigating the shooting of two juveniles.
The incident was reported around 6:30 pm on Wednesday at the Waverly Ridge Apartments on First Street Southeast.
One of the victims was airlifted to a regional medical facility.
No other information has been released.

Hickory Police are investigating a shooting that occurred at Waverly Ridge Apartments, located at 817 1st Street SE in Hickory, on Wednesday, November 8.
Hickory Police Officers were called to the area around 6:40 p.m. after reports that shots were fired. They located two teenage male juveniles who were both shot while standing on the front porch at one of the apartments. Both were hospitalized and one was flown to Carolina’s Medical Center in Charlotte where he remains in critical condition.
No charges have been filed as of November 9. Investigators are actively searching for suspects in this case. Anyone with information regarding this on-going investigation is encouraged to call the Hickory Police Department at 828-328-5551.
