Two men are dead in what Wilkes County Sheriff’s Office investigators are calling a murder-suicide.
Deputies were called to a residence on Boone Trail in Millers Creek Sunday afternoon. Two men were found suffering gunshot wounds at the residence. The body of 51-year old Marc Brantley was found deceased on the lawn of the home. He had been shot multiple times.
Mickey Davis, age 64 was found inside the home suffering a self-inflicted gunshot wound. He was taken to an area hospital but later died.
