Leslie Jane Skipper
On Friday, February 7th, the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office arrested 49-year-old Leslie Jane Skipper of Stony Point and charged her with simple assault. She has been released under a bond of $1,000. Skipper was present when a male victim was shot in the leg at a residence on Johnny Martin Lane.
As previously reported, James Henry Hall, age 60, of Stony Point, is charged with one count of assault with a deadly weapon with intent to inflict serious bodily injury. Hall remains in the County Detention Center with bond set at $75,000.
Bryan David Hall, 24 of Stony Point, is charged with assault by pointing a gun, simple assault and assault by communicating threats. He remains in custody with bond set at $12,000.
The victim was taken to an area hospital and later released.
