Texas Fugitive Arrested By Hudson Police

29-year-old Cody Daron Stimits of Evadale, Texas, was arrested Wednesday (April 21) by Hudson Police Officers. He’s charged on two felony fugitive warrants from Jefferson County, Texas. He’s wanted there on unspecified charges. Stimits is also charged with felony counts of flee to elude arrest and possession of methamphetamine. He was brought to the Caldwell County Detention Center under a $130,000 secured bond. A District Court appearance is scheduled for May 12.
