Hickory Police arrested 34-year old Tammy Amanda Icenhour of Taylorsville on Saturday and served her with an arrest warrant for failing to appear on a charge of felony possession of a stolen motor vehicle. She was also charged with resisting a public officer and placed in the Catawba County Detention Center with a secured bond of $18,000. She is scheduled to appear on the resisting arrest charge on August 16th.
