35-year old Tamera Elizabeth Pennell of Taylorsville was arrested on Saturday in Catawba County. Pennell was taken into custody by a private security company. She’s charged with simple assault, second-degree trespass and disorderly conduct and has been placed in the Catawba County Detention Center with a bond set at $3.500. Pennell is scheduled to make a court appearance on Monday in Newton.
