The Taylorsville Development Alliance, in partnership with the Town of Taylorsville, is excited to announce NEW INCENTIVE GRANT PROGRAMS designed to invest in our community, support local businesses, and bring new life to our buildings!
Three Grant Opportunities Are Available:
🏪 Storefront/Façade Grants – Help improve and enhance downtown storefronts.
🎨 Public Art Grants – Bring creativity, color, and character to our downtown!
🔑 Vacant Building Activation Grants – Help bring vacant buildings back to life. This program is open town-wide!
📍 Storefront/Façade and Public Art Grants are available to eligible businesses and property owners within the Downtown Taylorsville Historic District. Vacant Building Activation Grants are available to eligible properties throughout the Town of Taylorsville.
📅 APPLICATION PERIOD: OCTOBER 27 – DECEMBER 31, 2026
