Taylorsville Woman Arrested On Iredell County Charges

Leslie Ann Austin, age 31 of Taylorsville, was arrested Monday by the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office. She was served arrest warrants from Iredell County for felony possession of methamphetamine, possession of schedule IV controlled substance, possession of schedule VI controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Austin has a long list of charges pending in Alexander County that include felony trafficking methamphetamine.

Charges are also awaiting trial in Catawba County for possession of schedule VI controlled substance.

Austin is no longer listed as an inmate in the Alexander County Detention Center.
