Taylorsville Teen Facing Long List Of Charges in Alexander, Catawba and Mecklenburg Counties

Noah Lee Groover, age 18 of Taylorsville, is facing multiple charges following his arrest on Thursday, May 19th.

Alexander County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a domestic related incident and arrested Groover. He was charged with assault on a female, assault by pointing a gun, vandalism with damage to real property and resisting arrest. Groover was placed in the Alexander County Detention Center and held there over the weekend without bond. A first court appearance was scheduled for Monday.

A series of felony breaking and entering a motor vehicle charges are scheduled for court in Alexander County on July 17th. Groover has a pending charge of vandalism with damage to real property pending in Catawba County along with a felony assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill or inflict serous injury awaiting trial in Mecklenburg County.
