Amy Michelle Scarbrough, age 43, of Duncan Hill LN., Taylorsville, was arrested on Monday by the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office. The charges include felony possession of methamphetamine, felony maintain a vehicle/dwelling/place for controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Scarbrough has been placed in the Alexander County Detention Center under a secured bond of $30,000.
