Taylorsville Police Officers arrested 37-year old Jay Edmund McDaniel on Friday and charged him with misdemeanor misuse of the 911 system, He remains in the Alexander County Detention Center as of Saturday morning with a bond of $5,000. An April 4th court date is scheduled.
