Taylorsville Police arrested 23-year old Jervane Allen Parson of Hickory early Monday morning and charged him with felony breaking and entering and felony larceny after breaking and entering. Parson was confined in the Alexander County Detention Center with a secured bond of $5,000. He was scheduled to make an initial court appearance on Monday.
