Taylorsville Police arrested 38-year-old Michael Douglas Mills on Monday and charged him with assault on a female, assault with a deadly weapon, communicating threats, and injury to personal property. Mills was placed in the Alexander County Detention Center without bond. A court date of February 16th is scheduled.
