As the result of a traffic stop Saturday evening by Taylorsville Police, a man and woman are facing a series of felony and misdemeanor drug charges.
38-year old Misty Elaine Griffin of Stony Point is charged with felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/ deliver methamphetamine, felony maintaining a vehicle/dwelling/place for controlled substance, misdemeanor possession of schedule II controlled substance, misdemeanor possession of schedule IV controlled substance, misdemeanor possession of schedule marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Griffin was placed in the Alexander County Detention Center under a secured bond of $25,000. She was scheduled to make a court appearance on Monday in Alexander County District Court. 32-year old Tony Bryan Little of Statesville was charged with felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/ deliver methamphetamine, felony maintaining a vehicle/dwelling/place for controlled substance, misdemeanor possession of schedule II controlled substance, misdemeanor possession of schedule III controlled substance, misdemeanor possession of schedule IV controlled substance, misdemeanor possession of schedule marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Little was placed in the Alexander County Detention Center under a secured bond of $25,000.
