Michael Jovi Simmons
On Tuesday, Michael Jovi Simmons was sentenced to serve an active term of 60 days in the Alexander County Detention Center for possession of a firearm by a felon and felony possession of methamphetamine. In addition, Simmons when released will serve a suspended sentence of 30 months including supervised probation.
