Joseph Conrad Fox, age 20, was taken into custody last Friday by the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office after receiving information from authorities in Horry County, South Carolina.
Fox is considered a suspect in an incident that took place on October 21st in Loris, South Carolina. He’s said to have shot three people at a motocross event. The shooting victims have all survived.
After being arrested, Fox was held over the weekend in the Alexander County Detention Center on the fugitive warrant and a local felony probation charge.
Fox has previous pending charges in Alexander County for possession of a firearm by a felon, discharging a weapon into an occupied vehicle and felony conspiracy to sell/deliver schedule VI controlled substance.
Fox waived extradition today and is expected to be transferred to South Carolina custody in the next several days.
