Dakota Lee Deal, age 23 of Taylorsville, was arrested in May on a series of charges. He’s back in custody after missing court dates. Deal was taken into custody on Saturday for failing to appear on charges of felony possession of schedule II controlled substance, felony obtaining property by false pretense, larceny and possession of drug paraphernalia. As of earlier today Deal is being held in the Alexander County Detention Center. September 23rd is listed as a court date.
