35-year old Jeremy Michael Palmer of Taylorsville was arrested today by Hickory Police and charged with a pair of failure to appear warrants. Palmer missed his second court dates for charges of assault on a female and probation violation. He was placed in the Catawba County Detention Center this morning with a secured bond of $20,000. He has a new court date scheduled for May 25th,
