Taylorsville Man Jailed For Probation Violations

Probation and Parole Officers arrested Noah Franklin Witherspoon, age 41 of Taylorsville, on Thursday. He was charged with felony and misdemeanor probation violations and defrauding a drug/alcohol test.

Witherspoon has previous charges pending including felony possession of methamphetamine and driving while impaired.

As of earlier today, the suspect is no longer in custody. The next court appearance is scheduled for October 30th.
