Taylorsville Police arrested 28-year old Kenneth Lee Bollinger of Taylorsville on Saturday and charged him with misdemeanor simple affray and injury to personal property. He remains in the Alexander County Detention Center with a secured bond of $2,500. An October 4th court date is scheduled.
