David Lynn Earp, age 60 of Taylorsville was arrested Tuesday by the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office. He’s charged with felony probation violation and misdemeanor breaking and entering. Earp is being held without bond in the Alexander County Detention Center. January 10th is listed as a court date for Earp.
