Todd Lee Hefner, age 30 of Taylorsville is being held in the Catawba County Detention Center on a charge of failure to appear. Hefner was arrested by the Catawba County Sheriff’s Office after missing a court date for a charge of breaking and entering. Hefner’s bond is set at $1,000.
