47-year old Sean Arthur Smail of Taylorsville was ordered by a judge on Monday to serve a 10-day sentence in the Alexander County Detention Center. Smail has pending charges that include felony possession of schedule II controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Those charges are also scheduled for this week in Alexander County Superior Court.
