Taylorsville Man Detained

Aaron Lee Horrocks, 48, of Taylorsville, was arrested on Monday after a warrant was served for failure to appear. Horrocks missed a court date on charges filed in March when Alexander County Sheriff’s Deputies charged him with felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule II controlled substance and felony parole violation.

Horrocks is no longer listed as an inmate in the county jail. A new court date is scheduled for November 3rd. The suspect was released from prison in October, 2024 after serving a 15 month sentence for felony drug offenses.
