Alexander County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Derrick James Lowe, age 35 of Taylorsville Sunday evening. Lowe was served with a failure to appear warrant on a charge of driving with license revoked, possession of schedule II controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and resisting arrest. He was placed in the County Detention Center and released Monday afternoon with a secured bond of $11,000. Lowe is scheduled for a court appearance on January 3rd, 2022.
