A Taylorsville man is in Catawba County custody. Early today, 61-year-old Keith Allen Franklin of Fireman’s LN., Taylorsville, was arrested by the Catawba County Sheriff’s Office. He’s charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting a public officer.
