After missing several court dates, an arrest warrant was filed for 27-year old Cody Ben Fox of Taylorsville. Fox was arrested Thursday by the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office and charged with four counts of failure to appear. He was placed in the Alexander County Detention Center with a secured bond of $5,000.
