Christopher Jason Kistler
43-year old Christopher Jason Kistler, Millersville RD., was stopped around midnight on Wednesday by the N.C. Highway Patrol. It was determined that Kistler was wanted in Gwinett County, Georgia for possession of a firearm by a felon, possession a firearm during a crime and possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine. The Alexander County Sheriff’s Office took custody of Kistler and placed him the county jail.
Kistler is no stranger to Alexander County law enforcement. He has pending 2025 charges that include felony trafficking methamphetamine and possession of firearm by at felon. He was indicted by a Catawba County Grand Jury in January for felony possession of methamphetamine.
Kistler is being held under a $250,000 secured bond.
