Taylorsville Man Being Held In Catawba County On Fugitive Warrant

A Taylorsville man is being held in the Catawba County Jail on a list of charges. 25 year old Trevor James Huffman is wanted in Georgia for possession of methamphetamine, and other drug counts. In Catawba County, Huffman is charged with failure to appear for assault, larceny, and common law uttering. Huffman also has some counts pending in Alexander County including a November, 2018 charge by the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office for resisting arrest.

Huffman was scheduled to appear in Catawba County Court on Monday on the outstanding fugitive warrant charge from Georgia. He has a court date scheduled in Alexander County on February, 11th. He is being held in Catawba County with a secured bond of $29,500.
