Taylorsville Man Back Behind Bars

A man from Taylorsville has been arrested for for the second time in less than three weeks. 26-year-old Luke Aaron Parsons was taken into custody on Thursday and charged with fraud and obtaining property by false pretense. He remains in custody with bond set for $7,500.

Parsons was arrested on August 29th by the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office when he was served outstanding warrants from New Hanover County for assault-communicating threats and vandalism with damage to personal property. Parsons was processed at the County Detention Center and found to be in possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
