The Alexander County Sheriff’s Office arrested 28-year-old Richard Darryl Johnson III on March 12th and charged him with felony disseminating obscenity. He was placed in the County Detention Center under a secured bond of $10,000. Johnson was scheduled to appear in Alexander County District Court on Monday, March 18th.
