Michael Jimmy McKinney, age 34, of Black Oak Ridge, Taylorsville, was taken into custody on Sunday by the Taylorsville Police Department. He is charged with possession of schedule IV controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. McKinney has been released under a $5,000 secured bond.
