Ashley Rebecca Calhoun, 41 of Stony Point, was arrested on Friday, August 4th. Alexander County Sheriff’s Deputies charged her with simple assault. She was initially placed in the Alexander County Detention Center without bond. Calhoun appeared before a judge who set bond at $3,000 secured and she was released.
