Taylorsville Police arrested an Alexander County man on Friday. 19-year-old Landon Gabriel Parsons of Paynes Dairy Road is charged with felony financial card fraud. Parsons is being held in the Alexander County Detention Center with a court appearance scheduled for Monday, March 16th.
