Kristen Leigh Werth, age 32 of Stony Point was arrested Wednesday by Alexander County Sheriff’s Deputies on an arrest warrant for failure to appear. Werth missed a court date on a charge of felony indentity theft. She was held in the Alexander County Detention Center with a secured bond of $3,000.
