On January 9th, Deputies with the Iredell County Sheriff’s Office arrested Justina Rodriguez Ramirez, age 30 of Stony Point. She was charged with felony inciting to riot. She has been released from custody. Her next court appearance is scheduled for January 31st in Statesville.
