Stony Point Woman Arrested For Armed Assault

Kristie Huffman Cloer, age 36 of Stony Point, was arrested on January 1st by the Iredell County Sheriff’s Office. She was charged with felony assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill, crime of domestic violence and communicating threats. Cloer is not currently listed as an inmate in the Iredell County Detention Center.

Cloer has previous pending Iredell County charges that include felony trafficking methamphetamine, felony possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and carrying a concealed gun.

She has court dates scheduled in Statesville on January 16th, 19 and 23rd.
