The Catawba County Sheriff’s Office arrested 48-year old Jerry Alonzo Millsaps of Stony Point Sunday morning and charged him with felony possession of schedule II controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Millsaps was placed in the custody of the Catawba County Detention Center with a secured bond of $1,000. He is scheduled to appear in court today.
