21-year old Nia Lorraine Cupp of Statesville was arrested by Taylorsville Police on Thursday. She was charged with first-degree trespass, possession of schedule VI controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Cupp was released on a secured bond of $2,500. An October 18th court date is scheduled in Alexander County District Court.
