Dennis Cornelius Pharr, age 58, Liles LN., Satesville, was arrested on Wednesday by the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office. He’s charged with possession of schedule II controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Pharr has been released under a secured bond of $6,000.
