Two man have been charged by Hickory Police. Dallas Loyd Gragg, age 31 of Hickory, was charged Wednesday with larceny of a motor vehicle and felony conspiracy. He is being held in the Catawba County Detention Center with a secured bond of $10,000.

28-year old Ricky Jared Gragg of Connelly Springs was arrested on charges of obtaining property by false pretense, possession of stolen goods, misdemeanor larceny, failure to heed light or siren, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $3,000.
